Your first step: initial contact

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel significant, which is why Edwina is happy to offer an informal discussion before you commit to her counselling service. This allows you to assess if she is the right therapist for you. Communication via email or text is also welcomed, ensuring you choose the method that feels most comfortable.

"I have no idea where to start, the help you have given me has made so much more of a difference, than you can imagine.  I am forever grateful to you and what you have done.  You have been the most life changing role in my life.
